Meaningful Life Behavioral Health was created to provide home and community-based services for people with developmental disabilities in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Meaningful Life Behavioral Health currently offers Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) of Respite (RSP), Attendant Care (ATC), Day Treatment and Training – Adult (DTA), Transportation (TRA), Habilitation Hourly (HAH), Habilitation-Group Home (HAB) and Room and Board Group Home (RRB) to consumers who are eligible for services through the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DES/DDD). Meaningful Life Behavioral Health will be expanding the services offered in the near future.
